I created Just Now Therapy to offer something different: clarity. Therapy isn’t about endless reflection or feel-good slogans — it’s about understanding why you think, feel, and act the way you do, and learning how to change what no longer works.
With over a decade in the mental health field, I’ve worked with adults facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma — but more importantly, I help people make sense of the deeper structure underneath those labels. If you’re tired of surface-level advice and want a more direct, grounded perspective, we may be a good fit.

Contact MeI’ve been doing this work for over a decade — starting in research, shifting into clinical practice, and eventually building my own private practice from the ground up. I hold two graduate degrees in psychology, but most of what I use every day wasn’t taught in grad school.
I work best when things are real, focused, and honest. That’s why I moved my practice fully online. No waiting rooms, no commute, no distractions. Just you and me — sitting down and trying to get to the core of something.
I’m currently licensed in Pennsylvania and California.
I grew up in the Deep South, where I first learned to observe people closely—especially when things didn’t make sense. That curiosity turned into a lifelong pursuit of clarity. I’ve lived in Carlisle, PA since 2011, which is where I went to grad school and eventually made a home.
Outside of work, I’m drawn to structure and story: I collect films, analyze systems, and sometimes sketch or paint to clear my head. I’m not especially social, but I care deeply about ideas, meaning, and the few people I choose to stay close to.
What you see here is what you’ll get in session: calm, clear, and grounded—without pretense.
If you’re ready to get started, I offer straightforward support and clear guidance. Schedule your first session and we’ll see if it’s a good fit.
