First, we'll review various areas of your life in order to identify patterns about your anxiety so we can begin to understand some of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors related to it. We'll also start to develop an individualized plan based upon that information so you can start to learn to manage your anxiety in your day to day life.

Sessions are 53 minutes long. All sessions are held online via a confidential platform.

Cost varies based on your individual health insurance plan. I'll check the specifics to see how much each session is covered; however, please note that online insurance information may sometimes be incomplete or inaccurate. The most accurate way to determine coverage is often to proceed with a session and wait for the insurance claim to process. Rest assured, I'll keep you updated throughout the process, and I am committed to fair billing practices. I am in-network with the following insurance companies: Aetna, Anthem / Blue Cross / Capital Blue, Geisinger, Humana, Highmark, Optum, and UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH.
